The main goal of the Student Dispatch Service is the actual employment of young people without work experience and assistance in realizing their potential. The control room is a platform that can be accessed through an Internet portal, a mobile application, or a mobile phone by an employer who needs temporary, seasonal workers or a one-time service (nannies, nurses, computer work, designers, programmers, waiters, cleaning services, animators, laborers, etc.), administrators in an on-line mode select students who have expressed a desire to earn extra money in their free time from studies. At the moment, a mobile application is actively being created, functioning as an online map with the locations of nearby potential employees, indicating their resume, work history in the application, rating and feedback from previous employers. The student also sees the history of the employer, his rating and reviews about him. All applications are checked by dispatchers, after which they are laid out in the application, where they are also monitored. The history of the application is displayed in the application and evaluated from two sides: the employer and the employee.
