The complete database of legal positions of the Supreme Court based on official positions published by the Supreme Court (more than 10,000 legal positions of the Supreme Court of Ukraine)

The application allows:

- review all legal positions of the Supreme Court or by individual courts (Grand Chamber of the Supreme Court, Administrative Court of Cassation, Economic Court of Cassation, Civil Court of Cassation, Criminal Court of Cassation)

- view legal positions by categories of cases

- search by name and content of the right positions

- add legal positions to those selected for storage or study

- review court decisions of the Supreme Court, in which relevant legal positions were formed

- copy legal positions of the Supreme Court

- receive notifications about the appearance of new legal positions

The application was created for judges, lawyers, prosecutors, practicing lawyers who need mobile access to the current legal positions of the Supreme Court of Ukraine or who want to study legal positions to prepare for the qualification assessment (in particular, for the positions of judges, to write a practical task for a judge)
