Psychological counseling is conducted anonymously and confidentiality is guaranteed. In addition, it has the advantage that you can receive counseling in a comfortable place through various methods such as chatting, voice, video, and visiting the counseling center, and that you can express your internal/external experiences more openly due to anonymity.

Through counseling, we connect with experts in various fields such as finance, law, and health experts to help them find their own solution key and improve the environmental factors that affect them.

Mind Scale & Systematic Result Guidance

Before psychological counseling, if you take a survey on ‘I feel comfortable’ in advance, the counseling expert will check this, reflect it during the counseling process, and inform you of the results after counseling.

Peace of mind at low cost

You can receive non-face-to-face (online) counseling at 50-70% of the cost of visiting counseling. You can easily access and use it through the app when you have problems in your daily life.

'Comfortable' applies the following access rights to provide services.

[Optional access rights]

• Notifications: Push notifications, message notifications

• Photo/Camera: Upload photos or contents required for counseling in the counseling room

• Microphone: Provides voice call function during phone consultation

• Location: Provide counselor information based on current location (face-to-face counselor)

If access rights are required for service provision and use, customer consent is obtained.

You can use the service even if you do not agree to the optional access right, but if you do not agree, the use of some functions may be restricted.
