This is the mobile version of Pulmuone's performance management system.

CfS is an abbreviation of Communication for Success. It is a process that targets and manages the main tasks of the employee, conducts coaching / feedback at all times through communication with superiors, and proceeds with evaluation based on this.

[Description of main functions]

- The UI/UX is optimized for mobile characteristics, and the screen is configured, and my status and main functions are placed on the main screen for easy access.

- As a task performer, you can use the same functions as in the PC environment, such as goal setting / team goal inquiry / communication with a superior (C.L) / evaluation.
