Who can sign up as a delivery agent?

If you are a professional driver, an auto driver, taxi driver, food delivery agent, or a courier boy, you can sign up with 9km for delivering the products locally. See the requirements section to see if you qualify.

What documents do I need to submit?

You will need address proof, a valid driving license, vehicle insurance, and vehicle registration (RC).

When Can I Start?

You can start making deliveries once you get approved and pass the background verification check.

What does it mean to be the Delivery Agent?

You are your boss. You are not an employee. This means that you choose when you work and how much you want to earn. Your only obligation is treating our customers like they are your customers.

When can I work?

We do not fix any working schedule for you. You are flexible to work part-time or full-time weekdays, weekends, seasonal, or after school. You can just open our app and set your availability ON or OFF. As soon as you become online, you can see the orders to pick up and deliver.

How do I make money?

You will earn delivery pay as a flat rate and you will get 100% of your tips from the customers for every order you deliver.

How much do I make?

The amount is dependent on the number of deliveries you make. As a delivery agent, you will pick and deliver the items.

How many orders can I expect to deliver?

The number of orders you can expect to deliver is based on how many people are ordering at 9km. The system shows all the available orders in your area for you to pick up and deliver.

When do I get paid?

Your income earned will be deposited directly into your account weekly.
