Time spent:

The time required is quite low, use up your energy points, shop at the dealer and equip yourself. The online game can be played very casually.

How stressful is it?

Not at all, because you have nothing to lose. It's basically just getting higher, only your ambition can be awakened. You really want to overtake the opponent in front of you in the leaderboard, then watch and fight until you are better than him.
