Ameya Life is a social enterprise working on NCDs(Non communicable

diseases). School Health being primary area of focus, Ameya provides

medical screening to school children in private and government schools.

During the medical screening all the clinical information will be

digitized and stored securely. While keeping this information in the

Electronic clinical information, we would like to provide interface to

Parents and schools for benefit of children.

Parents could check complete history of medical screening records. This

app also provides general health information for the parents.

The main purpose of this application is to show the student's medical information

to their parents through UniqueId and Password.

Parents can see the Screening information(year wise)

like General Abnormalities, Eye Abnormalities, Auditory problems and Dental Abnormalities

and also they can view the attachments if they have any.
