It gave importance to introduce the alternative of payment system that is cash and thus simplifying it for both passengers and drivers. Later, in 2012 AusCabs Group Inc. headed by Sazzadur Rashid and Saddim Hossain who are also the owners of Auscabs was formed to operate three segments. Those are AusCabs Payment Solution (trading as AusCabs), Relaxa Entertainment and Digital Media Pty Ltd(Trading as Relaxa) and Move Services Pty Ltd (trading as Move).
