The story of the birth of Bao Phuong brand starts from Bao's childhood days. In 1948, when Bao was 18 years old, he went to work as a hired bread for people in Hai Phong. After finishing, put the cake in the lane and walk across the streets of the city. After that, I rented a bicycle for a month to deliver the cake and it took 5 - 7 months for me to have enough money to buy a bicycle to sell cakes. At the age of 23, Mr. Bao launched Bao Phuong brand. Initially, Mr. Bao intended to use the name "Bao Huong" but found the word "Phuong" in accordance with the context of showing the true life of forgiveness of Bao at that time and this word also means "direction" - the direction that Mr. Bao decided to choose to go.

Then, right after the Capital Liberation Day in 1954, Bao Phuong Bakery at 201A Thuy Khue was opened and maintained to this day. In particular, the bakery always preserves his father's skills to create the traditional moon cakes with the old taste.
