Baby-E-Story serves as a personalized, individual, constantly-updated and changing timeline, controlled by you via your mobile device. For expectant parents, it is a convenient, on-the-go way to document your pregnancy from the beginning to end, thoughts, feelings, emotions, unborn child’s or children’s ultrasound scans, and week-by-week developmental milestones in the womb, etc. For parents, you can document your child’s or children’s daily activities, developmental milestones, special occasions and memories for the keeps through text and pictures.

Baby E-Story can found in the Google Play Store; primarily for mobile phones but can also be used on tablets.

When is this application used:

Baby E-Story can be used in real-time; as activities are happening, right after, or at the end of the day, to summarize the day’s activities. Every day, story by story. One memory after another, you will write a story of your child's life. You can revisit memories from the past; past pictures and events which popped back into memory, nothing will be lost.

How is this application used:

Once the application is downloaded from the app store, the user proceeds to create an account for his or her child by adding the child’s name and uploading a profile picture. With the account set-up, a timeline is created and what’s left to do is to kickstart the timeline by posting notes or memories accompanied by picture(s) and tag(s). All child or children-related matters are stored under one roof, in one single app. With easy access to previous days, weeks and even months through the calendar or tags. All posts can be easily edited and re-saved. The entire timeline or a particular happy post (E.g. Your child's birthday) can be shared anytime with family and friends on Facebook or Twitter.
