Bluemine

>> WHAT IS BLUEMINE?

Bluemine is an internal project at GVA.

Developed by the RSI of GVA Gabon (Mexence Hermann), it centralizes all employee complaints, in order to have real-time monitoring of the activity of the local assistance service.

>> WHAT CAN I DO WITH BLUEMINE?

- Define your country of professional practice (the blue-position)

- Create tickets linked to GVA and other tools (blue-reclas)

- Consult the history and status of your tickets (the blue-histo)

- Chat directly with the IS Manager of GVA on a ticket (blue-comments)

- Relaunch a ticket

Bluemine exists in 3 versions:

- PC version (Downloadable by following the link http://ftp.bluemine.site/Download/Bluemine.exe)

- Mobile version (Android only)
