flo – Your day simplified

flo brings together your meetings, todos and emails into one place. No more app-hopping between calendars, emails, todos and files to get through the day. No more missed meetings or todos.

We have redesigned how you plan and get through the day based on what your day really looks like. The four make-my-day-a-little-bit-easier-and-more-enjoyable principles we base our work on are;

1. Everything at a glance

What matters is the people you meet and the things you need to get done, that's why we've put meetings and todos side-by-side. They are at the heart of making your day work.

2. Everything changes all the time

Since your schedule and commitments are constantly being changed, we've made it real easy to move meetings and todos around to match your ever-changing day. Drag-'n-drop your day.

3. Email is not email - it's commitments and spam

Your typical email inbox is a mix of meetings, todos, information and spam - that's why we've invented the action-swipe. The action-swipe enables you to turn an email into what it really is - a meeting, a todo or trash - just by swiping it. A time-saver if ever there was one.

4. It's your day - make it yours

We may have developed the app, but it's your day sitting inside it. We start out by making it possible to change the background to the image of your choice - a beach, a family photo, your pet, vacation photos - whatever makes your day just a little bit more enjoyable. You choose how your day looks.

Meetings

flo is connected through CalDav - tech language meaning that every meeting you have in your phone can also be found in flo. When you create a new meeting in flo, we will send it to your other calendars as well – so you have all your meetings in all your meeting apps.

Todos

Create and assign todos inside flo. Add files and descriptions so that the person carrying out the todos have everything he/she needs to get the job done - be it a colleague at work or your partner.

Email

Use your inbox to convert emails into todos and meetings with just one swipe. You can of course activate more than one email account. Connect your Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail and Exchange account to flo to make sure that you have all the email accounts you need in the same inbox.

Files

Connect flo to Dropbox, Google Drive and OneDrive in order to add the files you want to your meetings & todos. Sharing files to meeting participants on the mobile made easy.

Contacts

flo uses the contacts already stored in your phone, to make sure you can easily schedule meetings and assign to-dos within your network.
