With VITA, you can easily track important information of your medical records including your Medical History, Allergies, Surgeries, Medications, Contacts, Appointments and much more. You can track your vital signs and blood test results over time. VITA will automatically put your appointments and upcoming lab tests on your calendar. You can even set reminder alarms for your Medications.

The application provides the flexibility to create as many records as you need and to maintain your own medical records in your own language.

We take your privacy seriously. Your personal medical information is only stored on your device to secure your records. Nobody can access your records.
