* App will allow the user to raise a Ticket with the status 'Open' and allow it to assign to the concern person in the respective group.

* Group User will be Notified about the Assigned Ticket.

* Assigned User will respond to the reported ticket and update the status to 'Closed'. If the reported Issue isn't solved, App will allow to update the status back to 'Open' [Any User can update the status].

* App will allow the User to take the photos, attaced the images & share the Google Location in the group.

* App will allow the User to forward the ticket from one Group to Another.
