Meru Health offers a 12-week app-based clinical treatment for depression, anxiety, and burnout with long-lasting outcomes.

NOTE: You need a referral from a healthcare professional to participate in the program, or have Meru Health as part of your employer/insurance benefits.

About the 12 week treatment:

For the course of treatment, you will be guided by a personal therapist and have access to

1. An HRV Biofeedback device & complementary practices that will teach you how to self-regulate your physiological state.

2. Daily practices based on evidence-based practices like mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral and behavioral activation therapies as well as lessons around nutrition and sleep optimization.

3. An anonymous peer group of people participating at the same time as you, moderated by your personal therapist.
