C5 AGS

C5 AGS is a mobile application that allows to any person in the city of Aguascalientes to send aid request and reports to C5 of the Secretary of Public Security of the State.

The alerts sent include the location of the person sending them, thus providing more information about the incidents and allowing the authority to answer the call quickly and efficiently.

The application allows the user to directly request medical, emergency, civil protection or if they prefer to make a call to 911. In addition, the application has an "SOS" button, which allows the user to send a silent alert in case of danger.

All reports made may be accompanied by text, photo, audio or video to provide more information to the authorities.

- Event report – send event report according to predefine categories and subcategories which allow you to send details information such as pictures, videos, voice and text.

The event report shall be sent to the relevant emergency serveries and municipalities agencies.
