Ceramic coating is a clear coat which includes a liquid polymer. When ceramic coating is applied on a car's body, the polymer forms a chemical and mechanical bonding with the factory paint to form a glossy, long-lasting barrier that repels water, contaminants and often UV rays. Their purpose is to preserve, protect and enhance the appearance of an unblemished finish. Once coated, it can only be removed by abrasion and not by any chemicals
