3.26.3: New map services for topographical maps to replace old services not working any more.

3:26.x:
- Improved map engine with reduced memory usage for maps, layers and tracks.
- Reduced memory consumption should fix tracking issues that some have experienced.
- Added mercator map for Svalbard in order to use steepness with runout layer.
