ProSentry

The ProSentry phone and tablet application acts as the dashboard for ProSentry’s comprehensive leak detection service. Using LoRa wireless connected sensors at the locations of potential leaks throughout a building, ProSentry’s application serves as the building manager’s dashboard to locate the precise location of the leak (dishwasher apartment 9B) and allows the super to turn off a riser valve (B Line Apartment Hot Water) with a tap on the screen.

The dashboard allows the manager to review the status of all the building’s sensors; seeing at a glance whether any of the units have an issue and then allowing a drill-down view to see whether it’s a low battery, loss of connectivity, or a leak.

While leaks generate a text, email, and phone call to the building’s management, the application gives full control and information about the building to the building’s management, wherever they might be.

The riser valve control section gives the manager the ability to check on the open or closed status of any valve and to close and open the valve remotely.
