Enhancements:

- Navigation drawer support
- Pull to refresh beacon list
- Display in-app notification when bluetooth is off
- Include basic Android 6 support
- Show in app snackbar notifications for sync events
- Support loading larger teams

Bug Fixes:

- Display a default name of "Beacon ID" when no name is provided
- Prevents re-syncing every time the beacon list activity is displayed
- Fix crashed caused by a concurrent modification of the model distance calculated used for beacon ranging
