Simple Metronome

Added protection against occasional crashes that started following the last release.
Last feature update:
(1) Start/Stop and Tap Tempo button now trigger on button press rather than the default button release action. This should make the actions more responsive and more accurate.
(2) Modified my WheresTheGig.com app "plug" to include my tag line: "Makes it easy to run your band."
