What is subsidized fuel?

Is fuel that is subsidized by the Government using APBN funds, has a limited amount in accordance with the quota, the price is set by the Government and is intended for certain consumers. The types of fuel which are included in subsidized fuel are Biosolar and Pertalite.

Consumers of Subsidized Biosolar Users

In accordance with the attachment of Presidential Regulation No. 191 of 2014 *

Consumers who are entitled to subsidized diesel fuel are regulated in accordance with Presidential Regulation Number 191 of 2014 concerning the Supply, Distribution, and Retail Selling Price of Oil Fuel.

Land transportation

Private vehicle

Yellow plate public transportation

Freight transport vehicles (except for transporting mining and plantation products with wheels > 6)

Public service cars : Ambulance, Corpse Car, Garbage and Fire Engine

Water transportation

Water Transportation with Outboard Motors, ASDP, Indonesian-flagged Sea Transportation, People's Sailing Ships/Pioneers, with verification and recommendation from the Head of SKPD/Quota by the Regulatory Body.

Fishing Business

Fishermen by boat = 30 GT registered with the ministry of marine and fisheries, verification and recommendation from SKPD.

Small-scale fish cultivator with SKPD verification and recommendation.

Agricultural Business

Farmer/farmer group/agricultural machine tool service business with land area = 2 ha ? SKPD.

Public/Government Service

Crematoriums and places of worship for lighting activities in accordance with SKPD verification and recommendations.

Orphanages and Nursing Homes for information in accordance with SKPD verification and recommendations • Hospital type C & D.

Micro business

Micro Business / Home Industry with SKPD verification and recommendation. Pertalite Users . Consumers

In the issuance stage of the revised Presidential Regulation No. 191 of 2014
