This app acts as and is your license to use the beat in which this app is titled. Your license and the app are one in the same. Within the app you will find an outline of the license agreement, files for the beat along with instructions on how to download the beat.

The license agreement within the app is only an outline of the conditions and not the license itself as the app’s purchase is what acts as your license and validates the use of the beat for commercial use for 1 year starting the purchase date of the app.

IMPORTANT:

This is a one year Non Exclusive Beat License Agreement. You do not obtain rights to resell or offer the beat for free. You must create your own alternate work. All alternative works must be created and published within the active year of the license to be protected by the license agreement. Alternative works created within the time of the agreement but not published within that time are not protected by the license and agreement.
