What is doubles?

Doubles is a common street food that is found in the sunny Caribbean country, Trinidad and Tobago. It is a sandwich made with fried flat bread called "bara", and is filled with curried chick peas, called "channa". Various condiments are served with doubles, including pepper sauce, tamarind sauce, and grated cucumber.

Become the top doubles man in 'tong'

“Doubles Tycoon” is an interactive game which takes the player on a quest to become the best doubles vendor in “tong”. Work begins in the small village “Behind God’s Back” and with quick, quick, quick doubles making skills you can become the best doubles vendor "in tong" !
