Lo strumento ha come scopo quello di supportare il partecipante nell’ALLENAMENTO (training) delle competenze mentali apprese. A partire dalla 5° settimana di corso verrà attivata la APP che interagirà con il software gestionale. La APP conterrà mini video lezioni SPECIFICHE per ogni competenza, a supporto dell’attività operativa. In questo modo, utilizzando la APP, il partecipante potrà migliorare le proprie aree di debolezza e applicare con costanza quanto appreso e sperimentato durante la parte formativa iniziale. 3 mesi di formazione/tecnologia/coaching!
