1. New Silent No Flash function, the light will not flash in silent mode.
2. Shake to stop flashing function is added, shake the phone to stop flashing.
3. Add runtime setting function to control the flash in the specified time period.
4. Add battery power control function, stop flashing when the power is lower than a fixed value to save power.
5. Fix the bug that some of the flash settings do not work.
