Neighborhood Watch is here! Report incidents like graffiti, car break-ins, or suspicious behavior at The SF Shipyard directly to the new Surveillance Operations Center (SOC). Take a photo or video of the incident, mark the date, time and location, add your comments and press send. The SOC will review all reports.
