Dhanya Drive

Dhanya Drive is a delivery management application to make the delivery process easier. The delivery management application has been designed to help the store to deliver single or multiple orders quickly. An order will be directed to a delivery agent as soon as the rule engine finds that the order is ready for delivery. System will find the nearest agent and alert him. If the agent rejects or not accepts the order within a predefined time period, the system will automatically select another agent to alert him. This will continue till the rule engine directs to queue the order for manual scheduling. Delivery agents will be guided to the pickup area using the integrated map. The store will get alerts through app push message and SMS regarding the details of the agent. When the agent reaches to pick the order, they will be presented with various options to take actions like collecting the money from the customer who opted for Pay on Pickup, or reconfirming the number/ volume of consignment etc. Once they have confirmed the actions, the system will prompt for new orders on the route the delivery agent is assigned to travel. Once all the orders are picked up, the driver will be guided towards the customer for delivery through a sequential routing system. Then they will be guided to the delivery area with the help of the integrated map. There can be OTP based delivery or delivery confirmation by getting the signature of the customer. All orders will be managed through a well crafted CRM (Centralised Remote Management) module for better control and transparency.

Dhanya Drive is developed by Velosit to work along with Retaline online hyper delivery enabled omni channel retail solution. Dhanya is licensed with Retaline technology solution for enabling the online shopping for the consumers of Dhanya Supermarket where any of their branches can become the part of Retaline solution. Branch Managers can manage the workflow of accepting the orders and process the same automatically to help manage the delivery completed on time. It also helps their valuable customers to track the order movement from their customer application. Drive App is seamlessly integrated into the core solution to help Dhanya to manage the orders and deliver them error free.
