Upper Dibang Valley (Pron:/dɪˈbæŋ/) is a district of Arunachal Pradesh[2] named after the Dibang River[3] or the Talon as the Mishmis call it. Although the Dibang Valley district is the largest district in the state with an area of 9,129 square kilometres (3,525 sq mi), it is the least populated district in India.
