Digital Health ID Card Apply

The Digital Health ID Card will be a repository of all health-related information of a person. Health ID will enable access and exchange of longitudinal health records of citizens with their consent. The Health ID is created by using a person's basic details and mobile number or Aadhar number as well.

One can get a health ID by self-registration on the portal or by downloading the Health ID app from play store. And, one can also request to create of a health ID at a participating health facility, which may include government or private hospitals, community health centres, and wellness centres of the government across India.

Digital Health ID is scheme of Government of India to provide cashless secondary and tertiary care treatment from the empanelled public and private hospitals providing coverage to more than 10 crore poor and vulnerable beneficiary families nowadays.
