Drawing Architectural Design

In designing a residential building it would be nice if we have a picture and understanding of what are the goals in architectural design in a building. By knowing a few key points below it is expected that the design process produced between the client and the architect can produce a design that has a strong and clear concept, avoiding bias that makes the building lose its identity.
