This app can provide solutions and can help in improving quality of home based Antenatal counselling, Postnatal Care, Childhood care through integrating all these in one device weighing less than 400gms and easy which can be given ASHA/ANMs. This app has been developed in such a way that the ANC, Natal and Postnatal care modules are integrated and also data can be transferred automatically to a centralized server( if it is not connected to the internet, then it stores a local copy and waits to upload till it is connected to the data network, this is a useful feature for rural India, where in some cases data networks on mobile networks may not be available) from where an SMS(Text Message) can be delivered two days prior to next schedule visit both to the mothers and to the frontline functionaries.

This application has built in the audio videos which are linked to the critical places. At various place various target audience including mother in laws have been inbuilt in such a way communication and interaction remains uninterrupted and frontline functionary need to jiggle around anything even with the tablet PC.

The information collected by the beneficiaries gives specific messages immediately after analyzing different colored messages automatically pops up which explains the gravity of situation and also can be communicated to the beneficiaries.

Work plan for each functionary is automatically developed so that time of functionaries in developing work plan from multiple tables or registers can be prevented and also quality of work plan is much more superior and evidence based.

The application can be linked with the account so that on the basis of certain validation ASHA (Accredited Social Health Activist) can be credited with her incentive automatically. This will improve transparency efficiency and accountability of the system.

A reminder mechanism for beneficiary and service provider is in built and an SMS is auto generated which is sent to the beneficiary and functionaries mobile numbers, two days prior to the next due date. Growth charts can be generated on the application and can be seen at any level. This will also trigger alarm immediately when child starts falling weight. Each and every missed opportunity will be converted into an opportunity to save a child from becoming under nourished.
