Card Sequence Board Game

Contains new features requested by users. Also fixes timing issue that caused the game to hang for some users.

New Features:

* Game state now periodically saved to storage so you can now continue a previous incomplete game on restart.

* New Statistics screen which can be displayed at any time. Shows win/loss rate for each difficulty level. Also tracks number of 1 and 2-eyed jacks dealt to each player (to combat incorrect claims that the deal is rigged).

* Faster, more robust animations.
