Fixed issue when user was unable to print from external MSoffice apps with print via MyQ
Fixed issue when old MyQ logo was displayed when uploading files
Fixed issue when it was not possible to print txt files
User is now asked if he wants to login on printer when scanning QR code for server information

Limitation: On devices with Android 9.0 user needs sign into server again after upgrade.
