ASM's Group of Institutions is situated in Pune in Maharashtra state of India. Established in 1983, it is accredited from AICTE and it is affiliated to University of Pune. ASM is the First B-School in India to offer the HBX CORe Program from Harvard Business School.

ASMGI, Pune offers 15 courses across 4 streams namely IT, Management, Commerce / Banking, Sciences and across 9 degrees like B.B.A., BCA, B.Com, B.Sc., B.B.M. The curriculum is designed by expert faculties from IBM.  Hostel facility is available for its students. Additional campus facilities such as Audi, Canteen, Lib, Medical Fac., Cls. Room, Placement, Sports, wifi, Cafeteria , Hostel are also there.

ASMGI had signed a MOU with the prestigious City University of Seattle, USA, CETYS University, Mexico, Marketing Institute Of Singapore. ASMGI provides additional certification in Business Analytics and HBX CORe increases the employability of students. Over 200+ companies participated in the final placement process this year.
