Studio45 AMS is a smart app which will help you to maintain the attendance of the employees with full transparency to employees and also for employer. With this app the employer should not need to keep track the attendance record of the employees manually all he what to do is just open his/her app and login with credentials and select which type of information he/she wants. It is a very simple app to use and maintain as it has very user friendly UI. For security purpose every user has a username and password and after login he/she can use this app only

Different functionalities performed by this app

Attendance Module: For marking the attendance this app use QR Code scan functionality in which for each employee there will be a QR code with some unique information and he/she should have to scan that QR code with this app for marking his/her attendance. The employer should have to maintain that QR code.

For Employee:

 Employee can mark his/her attendance and the status of attendance is shown to him with daily status of current month.

 Can view the attendance record of previous months.

 Can apply leave and also check the previous leave record.

 Can update profile.

 Can view the feedback given by the employer.

 Can change the password

For Employer:

 The attendance of current day is automatically shown to landing page with proper information who marked the attendance and who didn’t and also the employees who are on leave on that day

 Employer can add and update the employee.

 Can view the list of all employees.

 Can view the previous attendance record of single user or all users.

 Authority to sanction or reject the leaves applied by the employees.

 Can check the salary of the employees by providing the dates.

 Can manage the entry and exit time for individual employee.

 Can give feedback to the employee according to his/her performance.

Technology used:

For making attractive our app we have used angular material and ionic framework with php as backend server and mysql as database for storing the information.
