José Rómulo Sosa Ortiz, better known as José José (Azcapotzalco, Mexico City, February 17, 1948), is a Mexican singer, author, actor and music producer who is also referred to in the entertainment world for his unique and extraordinary voice as El prince of the song.1 In fifty years of musical career, his interpretation and style have influenced many artists worldwide.2
