2. Take note of the new Case Feed! Feed items are collapsed so that they are easily scannable, tap to expand. Renders full HTML emails with ease.

3. Connect your Twitter account and reply to tweets and DMs from the app.

4. Search for Contacts and Accounts. Quickly recall information about your customers and see a unified list of Cases for them.
