This application simplifies hazard reporting process. It offers accuracy as hazard location, picture, date and time are captured automatically when the report is made and sent. Hassles of writing report on a paper form or card are eliminated. No more false or fake reports are made and submitted.

Set to private mode, this application will work exclusively only within your organization or company. Published reports are not exposed to users outside your organization. Only employees or members of organization can submit and view reports on this mode.

This app is also useful for community and public as any nearby identified hazards reported will be visible to all users. Hazard awareness can be achieved and keeping all parties away from potential dangers even disasters. People are encouraged to report any hazards at workplace and any environment to help others.
