Together with the Polar H10 chest strap the app records your heart rate, heart rate variability and motion data in order for you to get a better feeling for your current stress levels. The integrated Lone Worker Mode detects if you have been motionless for a certain time and sends an emergency SMS to your predefined contact persons.
