If you work continuously on a PC/laptop, It will back you bad effects on your body, mind, specially on backbone. You can bypass the bad effect by taking a rest for few minutes after working 20 minutes. This app is designed for those people, Who work continually on PC/laptop. It will remind you that you worked 20 min and take a rest for 2 or 3 min. For this just click on start button. If you want to stop reminding u, press stop or reset to reset reminder time. After 20 min you will notified. Then if you want to take rest, press ok, and if you want to take after 20 min more, press on create new alarm to start new reminder. After Take rest create new alarm by clicking on notification.
