HG-101 Lite

The HG-101 allows simple and rapid calibration of relative humidity transmitters as well as probes and recorders from all manufacturers.

Probe insertion ports are interchangeable and adapters for most probe diameters are available to fit most instrument types. The standard test chamber has 7 ports for probes up to 30mm in diameter. There are also chambers intended for calibrating data loggers with access points of 124 or 137 mm in diameter. The chambers are easily removable and can be replaced according to your needs.

Once the instruments to be calibrated are inserted into the chamber, the operator simply needs to set the required humidity value using the front panel mounted switches or by software via the USB interface.

The HG-101 is very fast and can reach the stable relative humidity value in 30 seconds, thanks to the innovative RDSa mixing system. Stability is better than ±0.2% over the measuring range from 10 to 90% RH. Over the range of 5 to 95% RH, a stabilization time is increased to achieve the best performance.

The calibrator can operate in a thermal chamber regulated from 5 to 50°C.
