HubeeCheck

HubeeCheck is a mobile application dedicated to field teams allowing to check operations, fill in intervention forms and collect information on the condition of vehicles (photos, alerts, etc.).

The mobile application is linked to the HubeeConnect web platform through which user accounts are administered.

Fonctionnalities :

- Planning of interventions

- Access to planned interventions

- Creation of unplanned interventions from the application

- Creation of new vehicles from the application

- Entering the products/services provided

- Entering intervention forms

- Taking pictures of all types of vehicles

- Strapping and annotation of defects on photos

- Collection of signatures, comments and notes

The intervention forms are:

- Geolocated and timestamped (form and photos)

- Accessible in HTML (Web) and PDF formats

- Historized and tamper-proof
