Uplift is a peer-to-peer support community, helping people find the support they need during life's big challenges.

Whether you're a new parent, quitting drinking, or going through a recent breakup, peer support can be your guide. Uplift matches you with the ideal support group. Groups are limited to 15 people each, so your voice isn't lost in the crowd. Groups are also formed based on shared experience and age, so the people you interact with are relatable to you.
