HPBRIO 2019

HPB Rio is back in 2019. Updated and improved, in its third edition the meeting will be held in the historic city of Paraty, Rio de Janeiro.

The focus of this edition will be an immersion in the treatment of diseases of the pancreas, one of the arms of HPB surgery. For 3 consecutive days, specialists and residents will have the opportunity of informally interacting with renowed international and national professionals in pancreatic surgery, through discussions, videos and clinical cases.

We will objectively cover the latest approaches to issues which surgeons face on a everyday basis. We will exchange experiences to learn how our peers deal with their cases. International guest speakers will present their step by step approach to surgeries, providing tips and technical details and showing their expertise in complications management.

Our partners will also be present with their technological solutions. The exchange of information and experience will be intense and constant during the event and spread throughout Brasil, as a result benefiting patients everywhere.
