  This app does not connect to any external servers at all.
  It operates entirely offline and does not modify device location or send data outside the device.
  Its sole purpose is to block internet access for selected apps based on user choice — whether blocking all apps with exceptions or targeting specific ones.
  All filtering is done locally using Android's VPN interface, without routing traffic externally.
  - No location changes or external server connections required.
