* adaptions for Android 14
* add icons for Nikon Z9
* handle situation if file gets deleted during download
* fixed problem with usb connection on older Canon cameras
* fixed Nikon cameras not making 3 captures if necessary
* every section in gridview has button to select all pictures and start selection mode
* start ForegroundNotification while timer in liveview is in progress to avoid killing of app
