What are the products that you can buy from Kahrpa?

Any product that related to the plug and electric current.

What are the payment methods in Kahrpa?

1- Cash on delivery from the selling outlet of the nearest authorized distributor.

2. Payment by credit card.

How can I receive the product I purchased?

- In case of payment with credit card, the agent of Kahrpa delivers within 5 work days to your door (after calling you to determine the appropriate time) the product/ products that you purchased.

- But if you wish to pay on delivery, you will receive the product/ products from the nearest selling outlet to you for one of the authorized distributors of Kahrpa.

Can I cancel a purchase order I confirmed?

You can do that by select cancel order only within 24 hours from the time that you confirmed the order.

How can I ensure that my order is completed?

After you completed your order, one of the agents connects with you to confirm the order.

How can I follow my purchase order?

In Kahrpa app, there is an option "follow the orders" that provides you with all the information about the order.

What happened if Kahrpa agent arrived to my door and I wasn't there?

In this case the owner of the purchase order pays Shipping charges (the shipping in Kahrpa app is originally free) and if he wishes to complete the purchase order, he has to contact with the nearest authorized distributor within 2 work days from the date of incomplete delivery.
