RuneScape: Idle Adventures

Patch to v.0.1.7 with the following bug fixes:

- Offline Accumulations not calculating correctly after prestiging
- Dungeons being frozen/paused when backing out of the "reset dungeon" option
- NPC assets not loading correctly in game (causing white squares in the quest panel)
- Prestige panel not showing chapter 2 as "Coming Soon" once all Chapter 1 quests were completed.
- Combat FX appearing blank when skills were set to manual
