The Gratitude Challenge

A community based application that helps members learn tools and techniques to harness gratitude to live happier, healthier lives. We use meditation, journaling and community focused activities to teach and practice. The purpose of the app is to relay the daily information and to give the participants a place to go to learn their tools and talk to other challengers. We are using a daily communication section, journal, daily tracker and community board to accomplish our goals.
